LA CAÍDA , EL ASCENSO
Tu dolor vendrá
en olas y formará
océanos a tu alrededor.
Tu corazón dolerá y se
romperá, una y otra vez,
hasta que no lo haga más.
Ese, mi amor, es el proceso de curación.
Se necesita práctica.
Se necesita florecer
y marchitamiento.
Se necesita llegar a la orilla

THE FALL, THE RISE
Your pain will come
in waves and form
oceans around you.
Your heart will ache and
break, over and over again,
until it doesn’t.
That, my love, is the healing process.
It takes practice.
It takes blooming
and wilting.
It takes coming to shore
for air and refuge. . .
